lauripowerfit is a personal training platform that offers:

• Personalised training plans.
• Nutrition plans tailored to your goals.

• Integration with fitness apps (Google Fit, etc.).
• Running club with rankings and statistics.

To use certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential.
• All activities that take place under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Transmit viruses or malicious code.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Create fake accounts or provide false information.

5. Plans and payments

Some services require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring charges according to the plan you choose.
• You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. User content

You retain ownership of your personal and training data. By using the service, you grant us a licence to process this data for the purpose of providing the services you have contracted.

7. Limitation of liability

lauripowerfit provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme or diet.

We accept no liability for injuries or health problems arising from the use of our training plans.

8. Third-party integrations

Our service may integrate with third-party applications (Google Fit, etc.). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.

10. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
